What used to take a lot of time has now become very easy for us, says Nyman.
It can be quite complex to calculate wages - partly due to many different tariffs and agreements. This is especially true for companies such as Jensen Beach Golf Club, which has many employees in different disciplines and departments in the golf club. An employee can have one rate when he is out, while a completely different rate when he is inside. Nyman says he has noted several benefits of the Visual Registration System solution. One thing is how easy it is for employees to use. Another thing is all the cost they have saved by using it. The Swede nevertheless highlights the time savings as the biggest.
- An enormous amount of time has been spent checking that things are actually correct. That the employees receive the right salary and that they have worked their hours. We hardly spend any more time on this important work. We can now use this time for other key tasks required to run a golf club of our size, says Nyman.
